Last Updated: November 12, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at peopleandtech.ca (the “Website”) operated by People & Tech Canada (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Canadian sole proprietorship focused on Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) and AI workflow automation consulting.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Website.

1. Description of Services

The Website provides information regarding our consulting services, including Friction Audits, Workflow Accelerator Packages, and Tech Partner Retainers (collectively, the “Services”).

A formal engagement for our consulting Services requires a separate, written Consulting Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW), which will supersede these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding service delivery, fees, and deliverables.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and all content, features, and functionality, including, but not limited to, all text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the “Company Content”), are owned by People & Tech Canada and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Permitted Use: You may use the Website and the Company Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use: You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or Company Content without our express written permission.

3.2. Limitation on Accuracy of Technology

The Company’s Services involve the implementation of third-party LCNC platforms and GenAI tools. We provide no guarantee that these external tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results of the automation will be 100% accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that AI and LCNC technologies require ongoing maintenance and carry inherent risks of failure, inaccuracy, or change by the platform provider.

Any reliance you place on the information or outcomes derived from our Website or from the Services we provide is strictly at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW:

In no event shall People & Tech Canada, nor its founder or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

For any Services formally engaged under a separate Consulting Agreement, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to that specific Service shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless People & Tech Canada, its founder, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees), resulting from or arising out of:
